Travel Physical Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,277 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Plantation, Florida. The position is for a licensed (or soon‑to‑be licensed) Physical Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long‑Term Care (SNF/LTC) setting, providing therapy services as part of a travel contract.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
• SNF/LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, 5×8 schedule (days).
