Travel Physical Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,110 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Maryland to work in a SNF / LTC setting on a contract basis.

About the role

This travel assignment in Potomac, Maryland, assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Maryland or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure.

Schedule

• 13-week contract starting 08/31/2026.
• 40 hours per week, 5x8 days schedule.
• 8-hour shifts during the day.
