Travel Physical Therapist - SNF/LTC - $2,090 per week
Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in New Jersey for a contract position in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting.
About the role
This travel assignment assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance. The role is based in Camden, New Jersey, and requires a 5x8 days schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a SNF / LTC environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (New Jersey).
Schedule
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days (5x8 days schedule)

Pay
Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
