Travel Physical Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,093 per week

About the Role

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Ohio to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position with a days schedule, 8-hour shifts, and 40 hours per week.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Ohio or in the immediate process of obtaining it

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
