The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to provide therapeutic services to patients, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to patients in a SNF environment.

Requirements
- Certificate or license as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 10 years of education and experience as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 1 year of experience in a SNF environment or relevant healthcare setting.
- Must be located within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols and patient assessment tools.
Additional Information
This position requires a flexible and compassionate approach to patient care, with the ability to work effectively within a team. The start date is scheduled for 08/10/2026.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per shift.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Duration: 13 weeks.
