The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to provide therapeutic services to patients, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in a SNF environment.

Requirements

• Certificate or license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 10 years of education and experience as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1 year of experience in a SNF environment or relevant healthcare setting.
• Must be located within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols and patient assessment tools.

Additional Information

This position requires a flexible and compassionate approach to patient care, with the ability to work effectively within a team. The start date is scheduled for 08/10/2026.

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per shift.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
