Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Maintain attention to patient safety and effective communication with healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a SNF setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid documentation requirements
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
