Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SNF settings
- Located within the United States
- Flexible for current licensure standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SNF care protocols and therapy workflows
- CPR certification per AHA standards
