Job Summary

A Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services is needed for a 13-week assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role involves providing patient care and rehabilitation services.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy
• At least 3 years of experience as a PT in a SNF or similar setting
• CPR certification
• Ability to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with elderly patient populations
• Familiarity with SNF therapy protocols
