Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position in Deer Lodge, Montana.

This opportunity is for experienced healthcare professionals to provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting. The role involves delivering patient care based on individual treatment plans and supporting patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop treatment strategies
• Document patient progress

Requirements

• Valid physical therapist license and current state licensure
• No minimum experience required
• Current licensure documentation and relevant certifications

Float rotation may be required.

Schedule

• Days shift, 9 hours per day
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract: 09/14/2026 – 12/14/2026
• Guaranteed hours
