Travel Physical Therapist SNF - $2,695 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care on a days shift. The position provides therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation. The assignment is a 16‑week travel contract in Montesano, Washington, running from September 21 2026 to January 9 2027.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments for adult patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Follow standard safety protocols and patient‑care procedures within the SNF environment.

Requirements

• Current certification and active license or registration as a Physical Therapist.
• No minimum experience required (entry‑level candidates welcome).
• Available to start on 09/21/2026 and work through 01/09/2027.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Total contract length: 16 weeks.

Pay

Pay is based on 8‑hour shifts and a 40‑hour work week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
