Schedule

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
Requirements
- Certification in Physical Therapy
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure
- Location requirements as specified

Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
