Travel Physical Therapist - $2,715 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Ukiah, California. Start date: ASAP; duration: 13 weeks; employment type: travel. The successful candidate will support outpatient services and participate in weekend coverage for inpatient duties every 5-7 weeks. This role does not require on-call duties. Work schedule: day shift, 5 days per week, office hours 7 AM to 5 PM, with variable start times. Shifts are 8 hours, days, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent
• Preferred: Two years of physical therapy experience
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support
