Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Glendive, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana.
• At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to healthcare settings.
