Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Helena, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,348.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement

Schedule

36 hours per week, 8 hours shift.
