Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of South Dakota.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
