Travel Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy - $2,458 per week
About the role
The Rehabilitation teams provide evaluation and treatment for patients with injuries or conditions impacting physical mobility and functional independence. Specializations include orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance and dizziness rehabilitation, and chronic pain treatment through movement. The primary objective is to restore function and facilitate community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Congduct evaluations to assess patient needs and impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy interventions to enhance physical mobility and functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
- Ability and willingness to travel to multiple points of care.
