Responsibilities
- Work closely with patients to understand their conditions and create personalized care plans.
- Document a patient's medical history and progress.
- Communicate problems to supervisor and other team members.
Requirements
- Must have certification from an accredited program.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications
- Physical Therapist certification.
- Experience working with patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay is $2501. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
