Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,451 per week

About the role

Solomon Page is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Surprise, Arizona. This position works 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8 hours each day.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients to learn about their conditions and create a personalized care plan.
• Document a patient’s medical history and progress.
• Communicate problems to supervisor and other team members.

Requirements

• Certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
