Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,386 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, located in Woodstock, Illinois. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois.
• At least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
