Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,003 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 52-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, located in Penns Grove, New Jersey. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
