Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,030 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 52-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
