Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 8-hour days, five days a week
