Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Modify treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
- Hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Be licensed or in the process of licensure
- Have at least one year of experience
- CPR certification is required
