Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain using personalized, evidence-based plans.
- Develop and implement treatment techniques, operate specialized equipment, assess patient progress, and adjust care accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers, maintain safety standards, and document clinical activities.
- Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid PT license and BLS certification required.
- PREFERRED: Doctorate in physical therapy and relevant experience; new grads are welcome.
- MUST: Critical thinking, strong communication, technical proficiency, physical dexterity, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, maintain a professional attitude.
