About the Role

Join our in-house therapy team supporting a skilled nursing facility in Eugene, Oregon. We are currently offering temporary assignment opportunities with flexible terms of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, allowing you to choose an opportunity that fits your lifestyle and career goals. Pay

Starting pay: $47–$54 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

• Flexible assignment lengths: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call shifts available

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management interventions
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident progress and independence
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
