What You'll Do

  • Carry out patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management interventions.
  • Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident progress and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure.
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
