What You'll Do
- Carry out patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management interventions.
- Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident progress and independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
