Travel Physical Therapist Post-Acute Care - $2,133 per week

About the role
Mainly working in a skilled nursing facility but will also be trained to float to the inpatient acute care hospital. Responsible for treating 8-9 post-acute patients per day, primarily geriatric with chronic conditions including ortho and neuro cases.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and perform patient transfers
- Communicate effectively and work closely with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- CA PT license and AHA BLS certification
- Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
Schedule
- 13-week contract starting 08/18/2026
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (08:00–16:00)
- 2 weekend shifts per month, first to float
