Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established plan of care.
• Complete thorough and timely initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Perform accurate and timely re-evaluations of patient progress.
• Documentation compliant with state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Requirements

• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
