Travel Physical Therapist, Outpatient & Acute Care Rehab - $2,373 per week

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist position available in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Iowa.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
