About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Iowa.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current CPR certification.
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
