Advantis Medical is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week, 40-hour per week, Day shift position at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, IA.

Requirements
- 2 years of Rehab staff experience or equivalent
- BSN Degree or Associate of Science in Nursing
- CURRENT nursing license
- A valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID
