Requirements

• Active PT license required (may start with a compact license but must obtain full Nevada state license while on assignment)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration
• Candidates previously employed with this facility on a perm/PRN basis must have been separated for at least one calendar year to be eligible for rehire as a traveler
