Requirements

• Valid compact or full state Physical Therapist license (must obtain full state license if starting with compact).
• One professional reference required.
• SSN required for consideration.
• Candidates previously employed by the facility in a PRN or permanent role must have a 1-year break in service before returning as a traveler.
