About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Mount Airy, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient rehabilitation department within a hospital setting
- Provide Monday through Friday day shift services, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9-hour day shifts)
- Participate in a 12-week contract
- Floating within the hospital may be required as needed
- Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred
- Inpatient rehab experience preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- Pending licenses will be considered; documentation showing the license is in progress must be provided for consideration
- Licenses required if applicable
- Two professional references required, completed within the last 2 years by a supervisor or someone in a supervisory capacity
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Driver's license required for consideration

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
