Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position available in Delta, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Colorado.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
