Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient - $2,405 per week

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Kingman, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
