Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 0 or more years of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- active license to practice in Indiana
- excellent documentation and clinical reasoning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful prior assignment with the agency or organization
- Previous experience with the organization
