• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license
• 1 year of experience in outpatient therapy
• Valid U.S. work authorization
• Credentialing requirements as specified
• Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy (PT OP)
• Equipment provided during interview
• Shift/Hours: Days, 8 hours per day
• Minimum Experience: 0 years (1 year experience preferred)

Additional Information

• The provider will be responsible for clinical documentation and may be required to work with the organization to obtain permanent licensure if currently on a compact license.
• Compact license holders must obtain a permanent license to continue with the assignment.
