Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient - $2,360 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The assignment lasts approximately 13 weeks, starting November 10, 2026, with 40 hours per week on 10‑hour rotating shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
• At least two years of PT experience; 3‑5 years preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Flu vaccination (mandatory) from October 1 through April 1
• Resume and skills sheet
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility (RADIUS rule)
• Application process may take up to two weeks (CAPS requirement)
