This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, delivering comprehensive therapy services, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and healthcare team members. Job Details Certifications, Education, Experience, Location, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shift, start date 10/19/2026, end date 01/18/2027. Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and modifies treatment plans focused on discharge goals within established length of stay. Performs timely, accurate medical record documentation including goal setting, functional assessments, and compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Ensures care is delivered under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance authorizations. Participates in student clinical programs, providing supervision, mentorship, and evaluation. Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations. Maintains licensure in good standing and complies with all state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates organizational commitment to performance improvement and safety, adhering to safety policies and procedures, including safe patient handling and infection control. Responsible for creating individualized treatment plans prioritized towards patient progress and discharge.
