Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient - $2,245 per week
Schedule
Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active and applicable license for the state of Colorado
- Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or the organization (highly desired)
Job Details
Comprehensive patient evaluations, creates and modifies treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely.
Participates in student education with supervision and provides a positive learning environment.
Maintains licensure in good standing and follows all state practice acts and regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrates commitment to performance improvement initiatives and organizational safety protocols.

Float rotation may be required.

Pay Package
Based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
