About the role
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services aimed at functional recovery.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document clinical notes accurately and timely
- Participate in student programs
- Create professional development plans
- Adhere to state practice acts and organizational policies
- Demonstrate competency in clinical reasoning, safety protocols, and performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- CPR certification
- Active applicable license for the state where work will be performed
- 0 years of experience
- 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
- Experience with outpatient settings required
- Previous successful assignment with the agency or organization highly desired
- Previous successful assignment with the organization is a plus
