About the role
The Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Loveland, Colorado involves evaluating assigned patients and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Develop and modify treatment plans based on clinical reasoning.
- Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation.
- Adhere to all relevant state practice acts and licensing requirements.
- Participate in student programs and professional development activities.
- Emphasize safety, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
- Ability to complete an assignment with the agency previously is highly desired.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience is highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous successful assignment with the agency or Select Medical.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
