About the role

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Document clinical notes accurately and timely

- Ensure compliance with state practice acts and licensure requirements
- Perform clinical activities under signed, valid physician orders and insurance authorizations
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
