About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Wailuku, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Treatment of patients with a variety of conditions
- Documentation in EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
