Travel Physical Therapist - Occupational Health Center - $2,532 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a full-time contract assignment at a partnering Occupational Health Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The position starts ASAP, with an initial duration of 13 weeks (12‑week contract with possible extension), 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall day‑to‑day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Oklahoma
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1‑year of experience as a Physical Therapist
