Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a full-time contract assignment at a partnering Occupational Health Center in Stratford, Connecticut. With an extensive local office network and national support structures, Supplemental Health Care provides assignments close to home or across the state or country.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in Connecticut.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• At least 1‑year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Pay

Pay package: $2,220 – $2,464 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
