Travel Physical Therapist – LTC/SNF - $2,140 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California.
• At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in computer software used for patient documentation.

Skills

• Knowledge of long-term care physical therapy protocols.
• Experience with mobility aids and assistive devices.
• Skilled in patient education and discharge planning.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend to be determined. Weekly payments are estimated and include hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
