Travel Physical Therapist – LTC/SNF - $2,370 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, in Winchester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
• At least one year of clinical experience in SNFs preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
