Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,240 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Cordova, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist with patient rehabilitation and mobility
• Adhere to established treatment plans and protocols
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in LTC or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning

Skills

• Proficient in computer software for documentation and scheduling
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
